Hello Everyone!
Finally, Minecraft 1.4.5 is out! There's only a few fixes to this version, they are :
1. Fixed "Open to LAN" feature
2. Fixed incorrect position of some particles
This version is also compatible with 1.4.4 servers!
You can update automatically from your launcher by tick the "Force update" or download and try the fresh one from here : Minecraft.net
