Hello everyone!
Following to the pre-release of Minecraft 1.4.6, Optifine has updated its version to HD U A1 for Minecraft 1.4.6. Keep in mind that Optifine support HD textures, so if you have Optifine installed, you can just use the texture pack and let Optifine do the work.
