[1.4.7] Optifine HD U C3 [MODS&UPDATE]

Hello everyone!
Optifine's been updating its version for the past three days rapidly, seems that were some bugs in the previous versions. Get C3 now! Optifine is widely used to boost the performance of minecraft by turning off some features or set everything for maximum performance. Keep in mind that Optifine support HD textures, so if you have Optifine installed, you can just use the texture pack and let Optifine do the work. Remember that Optifine HD Ultra is fully configurable.
 

NOTE: This is a 1.4.6 version, but its compatible with 1.4.7, actually every 1.4.6 mods i have works with 1.4.7. So you can assume that 1.4.6 mods are compatible with 1.4.7.

How to install Optifine manually (Windows):

1. Open Run, then type %appdata%, by default your .minecraft folder should be there.

2. Open bin, then right click on minecraft.jar, open with any 7zip opener ( i prefer WinRaR), leave it be.

3. DELETE META-INF folder inside minecraft.jar

3. Open Optifine HD U C3.rar, drag all the contents with .class extension to minecraft.jar

4. Close it, run minecraft and test!

C2 has been released, but only the HD Ultra version. But still cool, get one now! Optifine is widely used to boost the performance of minecraft by turning off some features or set everything for maximum performance. Keep in mind that Optifine support HD textures, so if you have Optifine installed, you can just use the texture pack and let Optifine do the work. Remember that Optifine HD Ultra is fully configurable.

NOTE: This is a 1.4.6 version, but its compatible with 1.4.7, actually every 1.4.6 mods i have works with 1.4.7. So you can assume that 1.4.6 mods are compatible with 1.4.7.

Improved First Person [1.4.7][MODS][FORGE][RENDER API]

Hello everyone!

Today I'm going to share you a mod that makes Minecraft even more realistic.
This is the Improved First Person Mod. What this mod does is it gives you a more realistic moves when you use first person camera and 3rd person camera, improved hand movement when using tools, and much more!

Lantern Mod [1.4.7][MODS][FORGE/MODLOADER]

Hello everyone!

Today I'm going to share you a simple, yet useful mod.
This is the Lantern Mod! Basically what this mod does is provide you with carriable lantern that provides light!
I think this would come in handy if you are in caves, so you don't have to put torches everytime it goes dark. But, the lantern is not just carriable, you can actually place it or hang it, on solid blocks! It's cool!
You will need forge/modloader to use the mod. All the required download packages, crafting recipes and installation guide will be included in the link :

Forge and Optifine issues [NOTE]

Hello everyone!

So i was modding minecraft with forge and optifine. I tested it and it showed the black screen of death. After i came across with that, i try to make a solution. It's pretty simple, you just have to install forge before optifine. I think when you install optifine first then forge, the forge only need to delete the files inside META-INF which has MOJANG in it. But Optifine needs to delete all the files inside it. So yeah, i think that is the cause. 

Note : This trick was tested by me and worked.

If you came across this problem, try this trick i hope it worked! If it isn't working, tell me what is your platform (OS)  and i'll try to find the solution!

Minecraft 1.4.7 [UPDATE]

Hello everyone!
Minecraft has released the 1.4.7 for the launchers!
Also, i haven't seen any updates from optifine for 1.4.7.
So, i recommend to stay with 1.4.6 until optifine for 1.4.7 is released.
But if you want to update it, you can force update or download the fresh one here:

Minecraft 1.4.7 Pre-Release

Hello everyone!
So i heard that there was some kind of "null pointer exception" in the previous 1.4.6. The Mojang crew also feel that this should be patched. This release is also compatible with the 1.4.6 because there's almost no bytecode changes. So, all the mods that are for 1.4.6 should work with 1.4.7. This also means that 1.4.6 clients can play on 1.4.7 servers and 1.4.7 clients can play on 1.4.6 servers. 
The Mojang crew also will publish the 1.4.7 after New Year's Eve. 

Here's the fixes:

• Fixed crash related to arrows fired from dispensers.
• Fixed a multiplayer crash when using fireworks without a fireworks star.
• Fixed long timeout when checking SRV records.
